Description
Cloud point glycols/shale inhibitors/lubricants – These additives provide wellbore stability while improving lubricity and shale inhibition.
ROP enhancers – Low toxicity, versatile rate of penetration enhancers designed for medium to high salinity water systems with moderate temperatures up to 400F.
Asphaltene Resins – Polymeric resins which prevent the agglomeration of asphaltene compounds in the crude oil.
Polyamine Shale stabilizers – Amine based shale inhibitors formulated to stabilize reactive shales and clays while drilling with water based drilling fluids.
Extreme pressure lubricants – Additives used in high pressure environments to reduce torque and drag and to prevent wall sticking. Especially effecting in highly deviated well bores where a tough lubricating film in needed between the wall and drill string.
Drilling Detergents – Used to reduce the surface tension of water based mud systems, reducing the tendency of systems to stick in water sensitive formulations.
Emulsifiers for oil based muds – Additives used to produce a stable invert emulsion fluid with excellent durability.
Wetting Agents – These additives improve the water wetting characteristics of drilled solids and agents in oil muds, making them preferentially oil wetting.
Pipe Freeing Agents – Additives specifically designed to assist in freeing stuck well pipes by lubricating and dehydrating filter cake from water-based fluids.
