Plastic Melt Filters are used in extruders. They are used to clean pollutants (such as sand, metals, fusing plastics) that remain in the melt and reduce product quality by special filters attached to sieve eyes.

Plastic Melt Filters are manufactured to work with high capacity continuously under high pressure and temperature. Filter housings and moving plates are made of special alloys, filter surfaces are hardened by PTA welding technology.

Single Plated and Double Plated models are suitable for manual use. Appropriate sieve diameter filter is selected according to the type of recycled plastic, pollutant density and extruder capacity.

Auto Filters have self cleaning function with superior technology. The maximum benefit is achieved with minimum melt loss in Automatic Filters.

Filter plates are moved by hydraulic unit or nitrogen gas units. With its specially insulated resistors and precise temperature control, the product quality and efficiency are maximized.
